Our Board members
Brian Foster (Presiding Member)
As a landholder in Coulta and lifelong resident of Eyre Peninsula, Brian has years of experience in local government, local government administration, primary production/pastoral land management and soil conservation and land management.
Evelyn Poole
Evelyn is a resident of North Shields and has been actively involved in bushfire reestablishment activities and has conservation and biodiversity management, water resources management and pest animal and plant control knowledge and skills.
Sandra McCallum
As a resident of Tumby Bay, Sandra and has skills in community affairs at a regional level and primary production or pastoral land management.
Anthony (Tony) Irvine
Tony is skilled in business administration, local government, local government administration and urban/regional planning along with being Chief Executive Officer of the District Council of Ceduna.
Cecilia Woolford
Cecilia is actively involved in primary production, pastoral land management and soil conservation on her property at Kimba. She also has skills and experience in volunteer management, business management and governance.
Sean O’Brien
As a farmer in Kyancutta, Sean has years of experience in primary production and pastoral management, soil conservation and land management and natural and social science.
Russell Bambridge
Russell is the former manager of the Whyalla TAFE campus and also worked as an academic skills advisor for UniSA. He is the vice president of Advancing Whyalla and is helping to run the South Australian Regional Community Leadership program for the Upper Spencer Gulf.
Karen Burrows
Karen has been involved with farming for 35 years and is active in her local community. She is Deputy Chair of the Elliston District Council and of the Lock Health and Welfare Centre Advisory Committee. Mrs Burrows was a member of the steering committee that set up the FREE Eyre group, which aims to diversify production and marketing opportunities for EP farmers and she is a member of a grower consultative group for the Australian Wheat Board.
Alan Dodd
Alan previously worked as a supervisor for Tjutjunaka Worka Tjuta, the peak Aboriginal organisation in the State’s Far West, based in Ceduna. Mr Dodd has held senior positions with the Aboriginal communities in Koonibba and Ceduna. He has extensive regional knowledge and close ties with Aboriginal communities across Eyre Peninsula.
Non-voting Board members
Along with nine (9) voting Board members, the Eyre Peninsula Natural Resources Management Board has six (6) non-voting members who represent various Federal, State and Local Government agencies to provide an important link to agency knowledge, resources and networks.
